Membership and fees
Membership type
ENHR distinguishes 3 types of memberships.
Individual membership
You can become a member on a personal basis. As PhD student you will get a discount to the annual fee.
Institutional membership
When there are a number of social scientists at an institute or research centre, it is often advantageous for that organization to become one of the many institutional members of the ENHR.
Associate institutional membership
An associate institutional membership is open to institutions, agencies and associations of practitioners in housing who utilize research in various ways but do not conduct housing research themselves.
Benefits for members
- Participation in ENHR conferences and meetings
- Access expertise of other members
- Initiation or participation in projects, such as EU-funded research
- Discussing research papers and other academic publications in various stages of completion
- Getting in contact with the latest ideas and findings within housing research
- Getting first-hand knowledge of the variety of housing solutions
- Working with other social science researchers to produce new research agendas and new research
- Participation in or initiation of new working groups or cooperative projects
- Getting in contact with publishers and others who are interested in disseminating new research findings
Fees 2024
The ENHR has a differentiated fee structure.
- Institutional as well as individual fees are settled by a country classification.
- Institutional membership fee also varies dependent upon the number of employees from that institute that are registered as a member.
