Dirk Dubbeling is the coordinator of the Secretariat and editor of the ENHR Newsletter. The Coordinator of the ENHR Secretariat is appointed by the Coordination Committee to assist the Coordination Committee in carrying out the instructions and decisions of the Coordination Committee and also assist members, Working Groups and conference organisors.
