Once a year the coordinators produce a written specification of all activities and output of their Working Group. An overview of these specifications will be discussed by the Coordination Committee in its autumn meeting. On the basis of the yearly overview of the composition, activities and output of the Working Groups the Coordination Committee takes decisions on the continuation of the Working Group or in case of Working Groups in preparation, the status of the Working Group.
